Returns & Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Defective or Incorrect Products: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used coffee products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email team@psrtrading.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3️⃣ Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item per our return policy.
